Thanks! Having that disabled absolutely 100% does not stop Big Picture Mode from turning on when turning on or off a controller. The only way I've found to keep BPM from starting up is to make sure Steam isn't the focused window when I turn my PS4 controller on or off. Holding down the button shouldn’t activate it.
